Rose Bowl Alumni Tailgate – Hundred House

Rose Bowl Alumni Tailgate

Building on Grass, in the Rain, on a Deadline

Supporting a community-driven Día de los Muertos celebration at Forest Lawn–Covina Hills.

What it takes to deliver a 5,500-guest tailgate at the Rose Bowl—without damaging the field.

Outdoor venues bring beauty… and risk.

For the Rose Bowl Alumni Tailgate, Hundred House supported 5,500 guests with structures, furniture, kitchens, signage, truss, and over 10,000 square feet of subflooring, all while protecting the integrity of the golf course beneath.

Just three days before installation, the client requested a 40m x 90m structure, requiring immediate fabrication prep, logistics coordination, and sequencing adjustments, all while under heavy rain conditions.

Our team worked tirelessly to ensure the structure was installed first, allowing the remainder of the event to come together safely and on schedule.

This is the kind of real-world problem-solving that defines Hundred House today.

If you’re attending TSE 2026, we’d love to show you how we plan for the unexpected.
